Notice
We are very pleased for you to listen to the live or archived services if you are not able to assemble for public worship in your local church or chapel.
The Scripture exhortation is: "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching" (Hebrews 10 v25). "Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise" (Psalm 100 vv3-4).
Sunday, 10th January 2021 — Evening Service
Preacher: G W Hyde
Romans 12:1-2
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Hymns: 574, 1104, 328, 704
Reading: Ephesians 3; Ephesians 5:1-21
Listen Download FileNote: Mr Hyde was speaking remotely from home to the chapel. Communication was lost at 47 minutes for about 10 minutes. An extra hymn was added, leaving 2 minute gaps at 47m and 55 m.
